BlackBerry Pearl 8100
The 8100 series Pocket PCs are fully featured yet cost-effective converged communications devices that provide end-users with dual high-speed wireless data capabilities on a global scale. They feature a full QWERTY "slider" keyboard, the latest Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth support, quad-band international coverage, and EDGE.
Design
Coming in at a whooping 4.2 x 2.0 x 0.6 inches in size, the pearl is comfortable in the average end users hand. The most interesting feature that was new for the Pearl was the trackball. This was RIM first device that introduced this feature. For those who were use to the trackwheel on the older devices this took some time to getting use to. We did hear lots of complaints about the trackball and how sensitive it was. However, it doesn’t take long to get use to, it just takes practice. Then of course it offers the SureType keyboard also known as the “multiple letter keyboard” For the average user that types type alot of email message , sms messsage.. etc - suretype may not suffice.
Highlighed Features
We call this section highlighed features, because simply put these are the features that attract users to the Blackberry Pearl. Below we have listed these:
Audio: The audio features on this phone is fantastic. There’s no need to carry around an Mp3 players sorta speak when you got it on the pearl. Great thinking RIM because AUDIO is the one of the most important features that makes a media device what it is.
Video: The video features on this phone aren’t as fantastic but it ’s doable if you’re in a clutch. Nothing against the Pearl, we’re justing keeping the review strictly by the facts - it is what is!!! The video players i’m sure in time will improve since RIM is always on the lookout to improve their products.
Camera: Can someone say “cheese” ? 1.3 megapixels Resolution , Flash, 5x Digital zoom and Mirror for self-portrait is what the Pearl offers. Face it cellphones just dont’ have the capability as a digital camera , but with the advance focus on cellphone mulitmedia devices it’s getting closer. The Pearl isn’t bad in this aspect and so we give it’s camera great ratings.
Memory Slot: Yep it was done. This device came with the memory slot (microSD) for extra storage. After all mulitmedia phones are used more and it requires more space to store items. At lasted it was stated that the pearl only supports up to 2gig card max.

Plus, the Z525a is compatible with Cingular's exciting push-to-talk service, making instant communication just a button away at all times. Like its predecessor, the phone sports dual screens, a VGA camera with video capabilities and support for high-speed EDGE data networks.
Design
Sony-Ericsson's reputation for cutting edge design is well represented with the Z525a. The VGA (640 x 480) camera is housed on the front cover as well. Up/down buttons on the left side of the phone can be used for quick volume control and menu navigation. USB data and charging ports, as well as a headset port, are located on the phone's bottom edge. And because the z525a's front and rear faceplates are changeable with Sony-Ericsson Style-Up covers, you can dress it up to suit your style. Color light effects around the keypad complete the calling and messaging experience.
Imaging and Entertainment
The Z525a was designed for serious fun. The built-in VGA camera captures stills and video (up to 60 seconds) to the phone's 16MB of internal memory. Picture effects and custom screensavers, backgrounds, and themes can be set up to fit your personality.
Java support is built into the Z525a, making it a powerful gaming companion for both online and offline games. Games are downloadable via the MEdia Net service or you can use the handset's USB or Bluetooth data connection to load more games and files onto the phone.

Sony Ericsson W950i
The Sony Ericsson W950 is very similar to the M600 in terms of looks and dimensions. The main difference is noticeably the missing QWERTY keypad and the presence of high storage capacity. The phone does not come with a Camera so if you are one of those people looking for an ‘All in one’ package then you probably need to look away. Other important features like 3G, Bluetooth and FM Radio come with the phone.
Would you go for the N91 or the W950 is totally your choice. If you fancy a touch screen and a better looking phone you can go with the Sony Ericsson, but if you want a couple of more features like Camera and Wi-Fi then N91 would be a better choice.
Sony Ericsson W550 Walman Phone
The Sony Ericsson W550 Walman Phone is a triple band 1.3 megapixel camera phone with horizontal camera user interface, 4x digital zoom, gaming console, 2 stereo speakers, 176 x 220 pixel 262k color display plus loads more.
Sony Ericsson W550 Reviews
Sony Ericsson W550 and says, about the camera on the phone: "The Sony Ericsson W550 snaps stills at a resolution of 1.3 Megapixels with good white balance, and performs well under poorly lit conditions when using the photo light. Compared to similar handset cameras, overall image quality proved very good with accurate colour saturation and good contrast."
Final thoughts on the phone: "The lack of a means of memory expansion is disappointing, but all in all, the Sony Ericsson W550 stands out as the most capable handset available in the crowded mid-range at the time of writing."
Samsung outdoes itself with Ultra Smart F700
Samsung's Ultra Editions seem to get classier, glossier, and more far-fetched with every subsequent iteration -- and if they haven't already jumped the shark, they have now with the rather breathtaking Ultra Smart F700. The candybar with a slide-out QWERTY 'board makes do with 7.2Mbps (yes, we said "seven point two") HSDPA plus EDGE for those occasions when 3G towers are out of reach, a 2.78 inch touchscreen sporting no fewer than 440 x 240 pixels, microSD expansion, full HTML browsing, Bluetooth, and a whopping 5 megapixels of snapping power on the backside. Per protocol, America is left squarely out of the equation with GSM 850 and WCDMA 850 / 1900 all coming up missing, but at least folks in the greater Barcelona area should get a shot at it next week when it bows all official-like at 3GSM.

Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte
LG KM900 - LG’s first high-end music phone?
- A 240 x 400 pixels display, most probably a touchscreen
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth
LG’s music phones (like the KM500 and KM710) are not what you’d call high-end devices. They have ordinary displays and they lack 3G, Wi-Fi and many other capabilities.
Nokia shows off Aeon 'wearable' concept phone
Nokia has unveiled its latest concept phone, designed to highlight the company's focus on products that allow users to more readily stamp their personality on their gadgets.
The concept phone, dubbed Aeon, combines two touch-sensitive panels mounted on a fuel-cell power pack. The handset's connectivity and electronics are built into the panels to allow them to be used independendently. When assembled, one panel would operate as the display, the other as the keypad. Since the buttons are entirely virtual, Aeon can flip instantly between a numeric pad for dialling, a text-entry pad for messaging, or a media-player controller.
